I purchased a 2-1 Gig data from 8ta on the 23th of April 2013 and the following day (24th) when i tried to use my iPad i was got a message that im out of bundle, i called 8ta and i was told that i was surfing out of bundle/data. They told me that their system doesnt have records of me purchasing the 2-1Gig data, but i remember very well doing that and getting a confirmiation. When i tell them of this problem they still insited that there is nothing they can do. What can i do to recover my data or money?
