I signed up an 8ta data contract in January 2012. At first the service was excellent but recently I have been experiencing connectivity problems. I logged a complaint earlier this year and was told that I need to change between WCDMA only and WCDMA preferred if I continued having the problem. That was supposed to be a solution to my problem I did a speedtest for the consultant at the time and the connectivity was very slow. I continue having this problem. It loses connection in the middle of what you are doing. This is a home computer and I use it mainly for my childrens school projects etc. I find this very annoying. I logged a complaint last friday, 05 Apr 2013 and I couldnt even do a speed test because I couldn't connectand was told a technician would call me back. I also asked that the cancellation department contact me because I am fed up. And still no one has called me. I am paying for a service I don't have. According to the CPA I can cancel this contract without paying cancellation fees. I have had enough of this nonsense and the lack of service. I want this contract cancelled with no penalty... immediately!!!
