8ta is not worth it - no data connectivity

Last year January I took out an 8ta data (3G) contract for R199 per month for 2 years. The coverage map indicated that there was coverage in the area so I signed up for 2 years. Since taking on the contract I have had no connectivity. I am paying for a contract with no service whatsoever. I called the 8ta call centre several times with no resolution. When I finally got through I was told I need to go to the branch that processed the contact for me. On Friday 3 January 2014 I went to the Greenstone branch to complain about the lack of data connectivity in my area. I was told that a technician will contact me within 48 hours. I was given refererence number 7366118 by Babalwa. She was rude and very unhelpful. She advised she could not help in any way. Wait until a technician calls. I am still waiting for a the call from 8ta to ascertain why I am unable to connect to the internet and get use out of a contract for which I am paying. A total waste of time and money.
