Account administration are rude!!!

They contacted me regarding my account that the debit order did not go through. I wanted to understand how Telkom SA account work, but the lady (Barbra or Barbie) on the other side did not want to give me the change to explain to her how I understand the account. Every time when I wanted to explain she just starts talking and did not give me a change. I told her that I don't understand Telkom SA account method and I said to her that can I have a change to explain to her and then she can tell me if it is wrong or not. I started to get frustrated and put the phone down. She phone me back and I told her that she must give a change to explain to her how I see it and then she can tell me if I'm wrong, she just kept on going on. I told her if she cant give me a change then I will put the phone down. She said I can.
