Hi i have been with cellc since the start and have had endless problems with data connectivity in the past call it six months and had previously logged a call and had network people from cellc at my residence and their findings was that there were to many users in my area and the bandwith needs to be increased. Up to now i am still experiencing the same problem and thinking that nothing has been done to sort out the data connectivity issue.
I have again logged a call on the 10 August 2013 and everytime i call in to find out what the progress is, i get told that they are still awaiting feedback and someone will get back to me the same day which does not happen, someone called me on the 19th and told me that the network team is busy with my case and they are almost done resolving it, I called in today again and no feedback as yet.
I am still not able to connect at home, what am i to do as i am paying for a service which is not up to pa
