Hi.

I am displeased with the manner in which the Telecommunication network provider MTN is offering its services. I called the technical department of the call centre (1555) to report the connectivity problem on my modem and could not get the problem solved. I am on a contract (cell: 083 378 4902) that expires only in September 2013 and am not able to use the 3Gig data bundle I am paying for every month. I have been advised to re-install the driver and restart my PC but the problem persisted.

I then went to the local MTN store in Vanderbijlpark and was told that MTN has a network problem especially with internet connectivity and it should be sorted soon. I have assignments to complete and submit but I cannot without the internet connectivity. I am now spending more to buy vodacom data bundles just to do my assignments.

Somebody please help.
