Technicians don't fix faults

My line was knocked out by lightning on 03 March 2013. The fault was reported that night through their "automated" system since their call center was already closed. No ref# was given. The problem was reported again on 04 March 2013 at approx 7h00 and ref# 58CTK040313 was allocated. It is now a week later and even after escalating the problem (escalation # 501649) I was told that 4 different technicians have been assigned to the problem yet it is still not fixed! Calling the call center results in a 30min call form a cell phone and no answers w.r.t the problem. Asking to speak to a call center supervisor results in a 30min wait before they eventually answer and after being told everyday that I will be contacted back to inform me of the fault progress, the call never materializes. Telkom do not seem to care about their customers until it is time for you to pay the bill!!!
