MTN Misleading/dishonest /false information

I recently posted a complaint about MTN providing me with false information in order to take up a contract. Since October last year the matter could not be resolved. MTN informed me that the consultant Riley Reddy contacted me and was still awaiting my response.(This is a clear indication that MTN is dishonest).

I e-mailed Riley Pillay and left messages; I even contacted the contact centre about 9 times and obtained about 12 reference numbers for the specific incident. After being provided false information by Reddy, I opted to cancel the contract as it did not meet the requirements that were stated by him. He then sent me an e-mail holding me liable for the full contact amount (Even though I was mislead with false information to take up the contract). He informed me that if I am not happy with the details of cancellation that I should contact the retention department. They in turn referred me back to Reddy.

Since then MTN has responded to the second of three Hello Peter complaints. They are now stating that Reddy is awaiting my feedback. I have all the reference numbers to prove that I attempted to obtain feedback from him. MTN the worst Service provider. I should have stuck to
