Fault not resolved a week late

Fault reported on 24/04/2013 ref# 175CRK240413 for Tel No. 011 8527874 for a crossed line and no DSL connection. No feedback from Telkom on the progress of my fault. I called Telkom daily from my mobile phone to get a progress update. I was told the technicians are busy working on my problem. 27/04/2013 fault escalated ref# 513109 as I have not had any feedback from Telkom. I continued to call Telkom daily from my mobile for progress update only to be told technicians are working on the problem. 29/04/2013 called for a status update was advise call is still open requested to speak to a supervisor Molefe was his name and he advised that he will contact the area manager and escalate the fault with the area manager which nothing had materialised from it. Called Telkom today 30/04/2013 for an update and to be told there are no technicians assigned to my fault.

I am very frustrated that it is now a week and nothing has been done to resolve my fault and nor have I been contacted with feedback on my fault. I suppose this is the customer service we have accept when dealing with government organisations no matter how high up the chain of authority you go to
