Still no line and still no progress

Since my last report, there has been absolutely no progress, or feedback from Telkom.

Been phoning their call center just about every day, and every day the same story, they are busy with the problem and they will speed up the process and escalate the problem. Which never results in any progress actually happening.

Tried emailing [Email Removed] directly, no response.

How do you get to speak to someone that actually has a clue whats going on in that company and is willing to help you? You just get stuck behind this call center that can only create a fault log in the system and really have no further control over what happens next.

I don't know what the your technicians are doing, but they sure aren't doing their jobs, how can it possibly take over a month to repair a NEW phone line?

I installed this line in the hopes I would be saving money on data bundle costs, now after having to purchase a router, as well as a R1200 bill from Telkom for installation and pro rata rental ect. and I'm still having to buy expensive data bundles as I've never had the service that was promised!
