Our business telephone lines have not been working for over three weeks, and in this time I have been promised by countless call center agents that their technicians would be here to resolve the problem, there has still not been any progress, our telephone lines are still not working, and our customers and suppliers cannot get hold of our offices.
The error was reported by one of our assistants three weeks ago, followed up a week later, and I have then been following up for the last 10 days - each time I speak to their call center, a PROMISE is made, assuring me that their technicians will be here on a specific day, and each day they are a no-show.
Telkom, please get your act together, if you cannot manage the time of your technicians, then your system needs to be changed, but it's ridiculous that a big business is left without telecoms because you cannot provide the service we pay you for - please get someone to call me regards the reversal of our bill for this month to reimburse for the inconvenience you've caused.
