No voice / data connection since 13/11/2013

Our voice line suddenly died last week and was reported on 13/11/2013
On Saturday 16/11/2013 the data DSL line also stopped working completely. It was reported immediately and I was advised that the fault will be resolved by Monday afternoon 18/11/2013.
Nothing has happened or changed since.
I had to call Telkom back several times and each time I was told that technicians were assigned to it but nobody can tell me when the problem will be resolved.
We logged escalation calls on Monday afternoon and today. Still no response. I called back again today at 16:20, only to be told the fault is only due to be resolved by 23/11/2013
This is absolutely unacceptable. We are paying for a service that does not exist. I work from home and this problem is affecting me directly. When I asked the representative on the phone for a customer care number or agent, I was told that there is nobody to speak to and the only way I can escalate is through calling 10210.
I have lost what little faith and patience I had in Telkom. And I WILL find an alternative service provider for both voice and data. Telkom is useless!
