Problem Not Getting Looked At

I have upgraded our ADSL line and after the upgrade the line kept on dropping the connection, I called Telkom to find out what was happening and they told me that they don't know why the line is dropping so they logged a fault so one of their technicians can have a look at the problem.

Now every time I call them to find out any form of status on the progress they have a different story, the first time they told me a technician is busy looking at the issue. The second time they told me they don't know when a technician would be able to look at the problem.

They then escalate the problem to the senior guys and tell me they will give me a call, because they can just switch me over to another port because it might me a faulty port, they then tell me that their technicians are running behind schedule and have marked the fault as urgent and a technician will get back to me.

It has been 5 days and I have not once received a straight answer on this matter and according to the person I spoke to last night Telkom's 4MB customers are the pinnacle customers I feel very honoured to get service like this.
