Inept techincal assistance on fault

Since at least Nov 2012 our telephone line has been crossed with another persons. We logged the fault on 17/11/12. Telkom informed us the fault had been repaired but we discovered that it had not and reported that fact on 27/11/2012. Telkom reported it repaired on the 28/11/2012. We responded immediately to say it was not fixed and got another fault ref no. Telkom again reported it was repaired but it was not. We logged the fault report again on 08/01/2013. On 18/01/2013 telkom reported that the fault was fixed. It was not, we reported the fault again on 20/01/2013. I have tried to escalate the fault and tried to check the status on line. Total waste of time. Eventually I got through to the fault reporting call centre, which is next to impossible (you either get sent in circle with the automated system or get cut off) and I was told that the fault was refered to the technicians today? Whatever happened on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday? I know not only have a crossed line but calls made from my line come up with the wrong caller id, I cannot retrieve my messages and my ADSL line is also out of action. I cannot talk to anybody besides the call centre to get a proper response.
