Line not working - cable damaged by contractors

After contractors worked on the Telkom cables, just outside our premises we realised that our telkom line was not working. On 20130122 fault was logged and received ref # 550WCZ220113. On the 28th technician came on site and indicated that the problem was caused by a damaged cable, just outside our premises and that cable devision will have to fix the problem. On 29th I received an sms to say that the problem has been restored ticket closed and if problem still exist contact call center. Call center contacted again on 20130204 and now new fault must be logged for same issue this time with ref # 342CWZ040213. Call center was contacted on 20130206 they informed me the ticket is in hand with a technician who will attend to problem shortly. On 20130212 still no technician on site and call center contacted again now with story technician only assigned on the 10th (SUNDAY). In my opinion this is not good customer service at all. Very frustrating to phone a call center and get an answer of, sorry I don't know when, you will just have to wait your turn for technician to attend to your problem. Downloaded the Telkom android app hoping to get better updates on fault ref # but nothing.
