ISDN CARD Faulty for 4 weeks still no results

On the 04/10/2013 the initial fault was reported that our outgoing lines are impacted due to a faulty ISDN card. To date the issue is still not resolved. We have been making endless calls to Telkom 10217 only to find that our problem is being escalated but nothing happens which when a follow up call is made then the fault is shifted to another person. Technicians seems to close the fault as they wish without ensuring the service is in order. 3 of our lines are implicated and business is affected however when you try explain this to Telkom it falls on deaf ears. I spoke to a manager in the escalations department which promised me that he would call me back not wanting to give me his direct number and dodging me but assuring me he will call me back on my cellphone only to receive another sms. I constantly call in and follow up only to be told its been sent to management by escalations center yet Management does nothing about my problem. I have the same issue at our PE branch and the fault was also closed and apparently resolved which was logged on the 07/10/2013 and still that branch has the same problem as our head office has.
