Incorrect package loaded every month- for 7 months

Hi
I upgraded my contract in July to a Sumsang S3 which was on TopUp 200, plus 75mg per month
From August I have been, calling and logging queries on MTN Active but this has not been corrected
Every time I log a query on MTN Active, it get closed within a day and the response is that I must check after 24 hours or it has been forwarded to another department
This is now the 7th month, and I am beginning to feel that the package never existed in the first place and this was misadvertising!!!
I am unable to fully use the S3 because of the data charges associated with a smart phone even though I am paying every month.
