Contract incorrectly loaded 4 months after upgrade

I renewed my contract on Mtn's most expensive package in September 2013. Every month I have been receiving bills of R3500 after MTN has failed to load my data package of 1.2gig which is supposed to come with the contract. I am also supposed to get several free text messages which I am not receiving. I am also paying for my calls after about 100 free minutes whereas my package of R1300 per month should give me an estimated 500 minutes for free per month. I have logged 2 formal calls and I have spend hours in branches trying to get this corrected. Every time the agent tells me that it will take 20 business days to fix and every time I get another costly bill and the matter is not resolved. So I estimate that MTN owes me in the vicinity of R8000 which keep on increasing every month and which leaves me out of pocket more and more. If I stop the debit order they simply cut off my phone. I have taken detailed itemised bills with me to branches and they have checked with me that the data, calls and sms packages are not correctly loaded. The consultant in the Brooklyn branch even told me that I cannot do anything, it is just the way it is! I feel like crying.
