I successfully applied for the Mtn Anytime 100 package on Promotion, however I have received disappointing service since
1) The shop did not Rica the sim after understanding the need for my pregnant wife's number to be available without delay.
Hence she spent a day without a functional mobile.
The Mtn after hours contact was helpful in resolving this.
2) Once active we noticed the airtime loaded was only R38 with no data (package includes 100 airtime and 150mb data), considering the contact was taken on 3rd Jan 14 this did not make sense. Further queries revealed that the incorrect package was loaded.
The shop has since logged a request to MTN contract department to correct the package. Ref 3096833.
I am still waiting for feedback on this as this remains unresolved. When I call the contact Centre I am told I cannot query this further as I am not the dealer.

I am very frustrated with the ongoing issues and lack of communication.
Disappointed and regretting switching network.
