Upgrade not Done, but billed fo

4 July or 5 July, I did an upgrade on my MTN Broadband 2Gig line, to a 3GIG package which will then include an additional 2gig for free every month. I was told by the person (Johan) at MTN Direct that my new data or package will only take effect 27 July as this is when my new bill month starts. On 27 July, when logging into MTN Active, I saw the package has not been changed but I am paying for the subscription. I called the Call centre and they put through a request, no feedback was received. On 29 July I called the call centre again, and I was told that I will only receive my data on 27 August again with my new bill. Why was this never done? Why do I have to wait an additional month? Why was I not informed of the change? Why am I paying for something that I cannot use yet? Why must I as the customer or client call in every time to have a query or request logged or follow up on it? I am unhappy about this, I am the customer why do I have to go to so much effort to get an upgrade done or implemented.
