I upgraded to an iPhone 5 Anytime 200 on 20 April, my package was active from 20 May, MTN loaded me with the wrong package of 25 sms, 200 mb data and 200 airtime when my package is supposed to be 200 sms 350 mb data and 200 airtime as per my contract, which I have taken into store two times, I have called 808, the supervisor has been involved and yet it is now 7 June, almost 3 weeks later and I have not been migrated onto the correct package that I signed up for. The sales consultants argued that I have been loaded with the right package when the contract I signed for, right under their noses states otherwise. I would like to be migrated onto the right package ASAP well before 20 June approaches so that I can actually use my package for the month. Their service is pathetic. Nobody has contacted me, I have sent two emails to the sales consultant but I have received no response. Please help!! I am paying for something I am not receiving!!
