Total Ripoff

About a month ago we installed an ADSL line - 2 MG line. we always had problems with it from day one. The wifi range on the modem is so low that it is restricted to one room only instead of the entire house. secondly when u sign up we are given a voucher from Telkom for Dion Wired but we haven't received that as yet. Thirdly when we do a speed test to check the download speed it shows 0.3 or 0.4mps. we are paying for a 2Meg line but only receiving 0.3. This is so deceitful of Telkom. we cannot connect or download to anything. we got conned into taking this 2yr contract believing the salesman that it will be a constant 2 meg line and reliable. telkom is a total rip off. im utterly disgusted at the service they r providing. how can big companies be so deceitful. they are nothing but artists and liars.
