This query /queries date back to July 2013. We have contacted Vodacom 111 on numerous occasions querying the data available on 1 of my contracts.
In July we made our first query as we had just upgraded this contract via the Vodacom website. The offer available was Smart S and was scheduled for 31 July 2013 (received the actual phone via courier 19 July 2013). This Smart S package was offered where you receive talk time, sms's and 200 MB data, but the added bonus was 500MB free for R399.00 p/m. In August we loaded a MYMEG 500 to replenish as my data had run out, we queried why but got no response. Through a long process of adding data bundles and trying to find out why, thinking that it was my phone/me using the data when finally got through to Vodacom 111.
SMS Rcvd 8 Oct - T34BG-GW6E - query logged, and 24 hours for response SMS Rcvd 9 Oct - Attending to query - Sibongile Dinge.
PHONED AGAIN 23 Oct as no feedback received - SMS says Voda has requested Feedback from the trad partner re upgrade query (not receiving the free 500mb) From Jenel Sheik Naidoo. We phoned last week - again before putting this onto hello peter, but ONCE AGAIN no response or solution.
