Disgusting attitude and pathetic service

I renewed my contract with MTN last year (BIG MISTAKE) and upgraded to the Blackberry Bold 9900 - the day after i got the phone i took it back and it was replaced - bad start. Since then it has been in for repairs 5 - yes FIVE times. i took it in on Saturday to be repaired and the woman behind the counter not only ignored me for the first 10 minutes to speak to her car guard buddy (no phone and lots of laughing) but was the rudest person i've come across in a very long while. She didn't greet me nor was she polite in anyway. She threw my phone at me when she couldn't open the cover (she works in a cell phone shop and cant even open the back - you seriously need better staff). Besides the fact you have revolting staff i think it is appalling that my phone has been in for repairs FIVE times. Surely it should have been replaced by now?
