DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TELKOM MIX! I signed up in June 2013, and from the beginning I did not get what the contract promised. I spent hours of time speaking to many different people to try and resolve the problem.

Now, for the last 4 months I have not received the right amount of data per month. I have again spent hours trying to resolve the issue. I have received many different references for 'queries logged' and surprisingly now that I call back to follow up the last of many references there is nothing logged on the system. Shocking is not the word! Especially since one of these queries was logged at the Telkom Branch!

I have just spent an hour being transferred from department to department with no solution in sight. Is it so much to ask for the service I am paying for each month? I wonder what Telkom's bill would be if I had to bill them for all the wasted hours of calling up and down.

I think it is time to call Telkom to order in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
