I am fuming right now at the disgusting way vodacom handles customer issues internally. I have been on close to an hour call with different call centre agents sending me from pillar to post. All this due to a contract that was supposed to be cancelled last year. This is shocking & is definitely y i changed my service provider to MTN. I was assured last year by their forensic department that the contract will be cancelled since they found that it was upgraded . 3 months later i receive a warning that i owe Vodacom R975.97 on the same contract. Wow! What really me off is that today i finished all my airtime, trying to sort the issue out, but unfortunately nobody in vodacom knows their job enough to deal with an issue that is closed according to me. I have been passed to all the departments in Vodacom, stating & restating my case to each and everyone. And not even a single person could help me. It doesnt even help that their lines keep transferring me to their customer care who after letting me go on about my case will tell me that they not the people to help me. I am just or i used 2 b a customer, Some1 needs to sort this out. Who, is an internal issue outside of m
