I took a contract (071 332 5970) almost 3 to 3 and half years ago. I also had another contract (071 332 6194) with Vodacom. I cancelled the former contract almost 14-18 months ago if I can remember correctly. I was under the impression I was being billed only for the second contract as I never once received the billing by post. I cancelled the second contract In Dec 2013. This month a debit goes off my account for R 185. so i call Vodacom to query why this was happening and they said the contract was never cancelled. I have most definitely cancelled this contract. So Vodacom goes about people of money and what proof will I have of the cancellation as it was a call to their call centre and trusting they would be honest enough to do the right thing. I will never ever use Vodacom again and I will inform everyone I know of what happened.
