Absolutely the worst customer service on earth

I went to vodacom to get a phone contract, as they went through the process they found out that I had a contract already with vodacom. Which I was not aware of!!! I headed off to customer care for assistance and explained to them what happened.
The lady at Sandton Square said, customer care were closed but she would send an email and get back to me. WHICH DIDNT HAPPEN! I went back to customer care and finally my issue was logged, Vodacom Customer Care said they would call me and sort the issue out. WHICH HASNT HAPPEN!!!
I went to Vodacome Customer Care to follow up, and once again getting the same story, that they will call me and sort out, but still no one had helped me. I have been paying a monthly fee to vodacom for close to year for a phone I dont have, I want my money back!!! Its been over 7 weeks since, I have been trying to resolve this and no one from vodacom has called me to resolve, I have been doing all the running around and been given the run around. I am tired and unimpressed. I am disappointed! No decency to even call!
