Cancelled contract yet still I pay

My contract was cancelled with Vodacom in July 2013 after a year of disrupted/non-existent network coverage in the suburb in which I live. After numerous phone calls (more than 10) inquiring about the progress in erecting a new cell tower I was told that this could take years. I asked for my contract to be cancelled which was granted by Vodacom with no penalties (recorded on their system). I have since been charged every month since July for a contract I do not use - close on R600 in Aug and R350 in September. After 4 more phone calls to inquire why I was still getting charged, I got three different reasons. I have spoken with contract cancellations on numerous occasions who insist that this is an admin issue and that the admin department will contact me. I am still waiting for this call and still appear to be paying for a contract that I no longer have with Vodacom. Please can someone who knows how to deal with this issue call me urgently so that we can sort this matter out and so that I can be reimbursed for the money incorrectly (and illegally) debited from my account!
