No response from Telkom to cancel telephone line

I have tried at least 20 times to call 10210 and followed the voice prompts to cancel my phone line. The phone rings and rings and eventually goes dead before anybody answers. I have also left messages on the website for somebody to call me back. All this and i still do not get a response...
