I upgraded my account to a Top-Up 400 but Vodacom has been debiting my account for R800 every month. I called their useless customer careline on 06 Jan and I was told that I would get a response in 24 hours. Everytime I have called back I have been told that no one has been assigned to my case/query and they keep sending me from pillar to post. HATE Vodacom right now. Canceling my debit order and they can have their phone back. Two weeks of constant calling and no feedback is unacceptable. Vodacom, STOP my money. I'm not the first person this has happened to and it's disgusting. No wonder my friends and family have ALL changed their contracts to MTN. I am a very annoyed customer and will no longer have my contract with you. Will also tell anyone and everyone whose willing to listen what you are!!! Super Annoyed!!! Done with this nonsense!!! DONE with Vodacom!!!
