I applied for an upgrade online, and then discovered after my upgrade was delivered to me that vodacom had infact added another phone to my contract instead of upgrading my old one! after waiting for my new phone I was then told I would have to repeat the whole process, and cancel the contract, have the phone picked up, and re-apply, which meant I would have to wait for another few days.

I was transferred from online after care, to upgrades department and no-one could help me saying it was the next departments fault and issue to deal with. I spent about 2 hours on the phone trying to sort this issue out, and was given many different numbers to call. When I eventually asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told the supervisor doesn't always come in on a Saturday, but that he would call me back, which he never did! I have subsequently cancelled the contract and am still awaiting vodacom to contact me to collect the phone.

I just honestly seems as if, vodacom does not even care about customer services, they make a mistake and you pay for it!
