Overcharged for Data I didn't Use

I received an account from Vodacom for an amount of -R1600 for data that I had allegedly used. I submitted a complaint to Vodacom Eastgate that over the last 18 months I hardly ever used the data. In fact I was never billed more than R200 per month for use of the data. Vodacom said that they would look into the matter and get back to me. On 28/01/2014 i received an sms from them stating that I had been billed correctly for the data charges and that the data bundle was depleted on 2013/11/11 and an sms notification was sent to me that my data was depleted on 11/11/2013. I would like to know to which number the sms notification was sent and what did I use the data for, as well as what amount of data was used. The information suppled to me via the sms on 28/01/2014 is very vague and no report has been submitted as yet. I queried this with them during December and I receive a vague reply a month later. As far as I am concerned I did not use the data that they are charging me for and I refuse to pay R1600 for something I did not use. Can you please help.
