Vodacom's data deals, what a joke!

I would just like an honest straight answer from Vodacom, on this platform. I would just like to find out, did the data balances change now all of the sudden? Usually you would start the new month with last month's left-over data, and when it finishes up, you go over to the new data bundle. Now, you start with the new month's allocated data, and only if the new data is depleted, then you can use the data that carried over.

If I look at the above, yup, it has changed. And it changed in a way that just Vodacom is benefiting. As always. And why am I losing this data if not used? I paid for it, didn't I??? You are screwing us over!!! And I'm getting sick and tired of it, I want to see where I agreed to this change, because if I knew this, I would've never upgraded. This is a rip-off, I just wonder how many people know about these changes?

I did send an email to them requesting answers to my questions, but the answers are so vague. That's why I'm asking for answers on this platform, with the hope of understanding it better, if I had a misconception, which I think is highly unlikely!
