What the are you guys doing on my ACCOUNT???

On the 20th Dec i phoned in to add a once off data bundle to my phone which was a 500meg. this was done as I received an sms saying my monthly bundle has been depleted. The following issues are all surrounding this phone I made to add the data ONCE OFF data bundle.

Firstly
I logged a call on the 31 Dec for a data bill for out of bundle rates. The data bundle added on the 20th had depleted but I received no notification that the data bundle was depleted and was unknowingly surfing on out of bundle rate. It has been 10days and I have still not received any communication saying what is happening with the query or the investigation! Ref number for this call is S3-T9B20-02V93
The service request says 24hrs its been 10 freaking days!!!

The second issue:
The who took my call on the 20th added a recurring data bundle and not a ONE OFF data bundle and removed the 1 GIG recurring data bundle which I had on my phone! I am now sitting with a 500meg recurring data bundle and not my normal 1 GIG recurring bundle, the genius who did this is FS Albertus.

Please can you sort this out!!!
