Vodacom debits account post termination fees paid

I terminated my Vodacom subscription earlier than the contract renewal date because I was relocating to another country. I was given a cancellation quote and paid the amount within the stipulated 7 days, this was done at the beginning of November. At the end of November a months subscription was debited from my account. Upon querying this I was told that the November invoice was generated after the cancellation quote and was still payable.

This is a bit suspicions as the cancellation quote is to cancel the contract and should cover all subsequent subscriptions. I am still not satisfied with the response as it still does not make sense at all; if the invoice for November was generated/issued at the end of November AFTER the cancellation quote was issued AND after payment was made which was this was done in the BEGINNING of November this means that their invoicing systems is faulty as it did not pick up that my subscription had been terminated/settled and if this is the case the subscription money should be refunded. Surely the cancellation calculation system should take into account the full and final bill!
