Charging me for things I don't have!

I cancelled a vodacom contract, they came to collect the phone, however Vodacom are still charging me for the phone and the contract?!?? Also... Vodacom charged me for BIS (blackberry service) for 24 months while I had an iPhone!?!?! Once I upgraded from blackberry to iPhone I asked them to stop BIS because I no longer required it.

This is unacceptable, it's day light.
