Vodacom
Carry Over Data last in the Que

Telecommunications

I have a Vodacom Contract, through Nashua Mobile, and noticed that i have 434.53MB of Data from December that was carried over to Jan 2013, and expires on 31-01-2013.

As i am very careful to only use my data bundle, and not get charged "out-of-bundle" rates, i am a regular visitor to the Vodacom Website to view and manage my data consumption.

I notice however that the 434.53MB of data has remained static, and has not reduced as one would expect, and i queried this with our corporate accounts manager at Nashua Mobile, who replied and said that it is Vodacom Policy to use the "Carry over" Data bumdle remaining from the previous month, only AFTER the current months data is depleted.

The way I see it, I will lose out on the Dec Data balances (carry over), as my Jan data bundle seems to be "1st in the Que"?

I have paid for the December Data, and am entitled to utelise this data remaining, yet i am probably going to lose this, which means i am paying for a service i am not recieving the benifit of: for Vodacom to utelise my Jan Data, before the December Data carried over, is WRONG...

Can you assist me here please as to understanding the reasoning behind this?

Thanks
