I would like to give a compliment to the service that I receive because sometimes we focus to much on the negative aspect of things and forget that each and every company is run by people and there are bound to be mistakes. My first intend was to post a complaint because I use a lot of Data every month and a average bill of R1600 a month for Internet I sometimes expect perfection in service. I called Customer Care a few days back and lodged a complaint because I never received my SMS notification that my Data Bundle was depleted and I usually get SMS notification stating the amount of Data remaining and also a warning SMS when Out Of Bundle rates apply but this month I received only 1 notification that my Data Bundle was depleted and I received it a day late and suddenly there is R359 Out Of Bundle rates attached to my bill that I would have used to purchase a Data Bundle if I received a SMS on time but my complaint was lodged with Vodacom and they are investigating the matter.

I have had a previous issue in the same regard in the past, but in the last 5 years as a contract customer all my complaints was resolved to my utmost satisfaction.
