It is with much dismay that I have discovered that my account has still not been adjusted after I put my original complaint on HelloPeter. There is still an amount on my account for data usage that was incorrectly billed to my account. Also my frustrations come from the fact that I have been paying for an account while all of this has been going on (6 months) which I have not been able to use! I needed to do a sim swap and it was declined due to the problem with the account. Now this number is due for an upgrade and I am unable to do so because of the problem with the billing. So I'm still paying for it but I am unable to use it! I really hope that this will be sorted out as soon as possible and once and for all!!!
