No one in a bank like Std can help

I had a query which has a high business impact as my accounts available balance was incorrectly adjusted, I called the Standard Bank call center (Yes they don't believe in giving branch numbers), the call centre was unable to get me anyone in my branch, I have a relationship banker who cannot be called upon (yes its a relation ship banker whose number you can't have), I tried for 45 minutes with the call centre to have the account adjusted as I have an urgent payment which has to go through my account but with no help. I unfortunately had to deposit money from my private account into the business due to the entire business depending on 1 individual in the bank, yes the biggest bank in this country could not solve my problem.
I would say that the service was pathetic, this makes some government departments look good
