I Know The owner of Afrihost Giaan and the owner of hellopeter are friends so it will be interesting to see if this stays up here :)

I dont know where to begin with Afrihost because every aspect of this company is disgusting, service support billing, just everyone involved.

I have few parked domains that i point to a US based hosting company, A parked domain you simply pay for and it is registered for you, then it simply sits there. In December my account went down, I went online and muich to my horror my bill was R1500 for a few simple thing i pay R9 a month for, ok so I discovered that i had the wrong banking details and this had been building up for a while. I wasnt happy about amounts of additional R400 were added for no reason, I spoke to Wendy Noble who said its fine if I pay R500 in three payments over 3 weeks and they would reconnect my services. I paid that and immediately she said no I have to pay the full amount for my services to reconnect. I was disgusted by this and had to make a plan to pay it as I was to and promised clients there websites would be up. I paid. I owe R720 again now for services i didnt ask for and only 1 of my parked doamins is suspended
