Dear Vodacom

It has come to my attention that somehow there is a data usage problem when billing my account. Let me explain what happened and please then assist me on how to resolve this up-surd billing.

Uses a samsung ace, and its used by my mom thats 50. On the first week of December 2013 the billing was received for Nov 2013 which showed there was a data usage of over 2k in one month, INSANE!

After much fighting issues were logged and the account was SUSPENDED in DEC as we decided not to pay the amount for such outrageous data usage that was defintely NOT from my mom, as she ONLY knows how to facebook. After paying the amount end of Dec 2013 to open the account, another billing was received from Dec 2013 with the same 2k data usage. Now this i wana hear, how is it possible for a phone to be billed on data when the account was SUSPENDED??? There was even national mms send???

Pulling Aug, Sept, Oct billing all seems as normal, this makes me so ANGRY . Acc wanted a upgrade to note 3 but the profile was dropped to 500 and now we pay for red adv 700 but get possible 500 upgrades??? Someone else is on the line! PLS HELP!
