No response after complaints, now my service is cut

In February I queried my billing on my Vodacom account account as I was billed over R500 in one day for using data on a Blackberry. Until this day Vodacom has not responded on my formal complaint I left on [URL Removed] on 11/02/13. My account is paid via debit order and is paid on the first of every month. Now my account is suspended but Vodacom did not deduct the full amount. Two months into my upgrade and I am regretting signing with vodacom every day. Since day one I have had problems with the network and billing. If you want to wrongfully bill people for things they didn't use like the data usage I was billed for then continue, but if you debit the wrong amounts how is that the fault of the customer? Now i have to spend time to rectify a matter that should not have been a problem in the first place. There was more than enough money in my account and they only deducted R294.50, so they should correct this matter before the end of business today or else...
Still a very unhappy vodacom client...
