I had logged a complaint previously on Hellopeter and was advised that Sidefree would contact me to assist. He called me and advised that Cell C get it will contact me to resolve. They did not contact me, every month I have the same problem at month-end with my billing and my account being suspended. I have left messages at the call centre for both Sidefree and Keagan - no-one has returned my call. I put a complaint on the Cell c website - no response. The only time I get a call is to find out when I will be paying - not to tell me that they have sorted out my refund and credited my account accordingly. I was billed incorrectly from July for Cell C get it and I need to be credited for this. My account there was deactivated and reactivated again on the same day IN ERROR!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SAYING AND HOPEFULLY BE WILLING TO ASSIST ME!!! THIS IS GOING ON FOR MONTHS NOW AND I DONT KNOW WHAT MORE TO DO!!! ALSO, I have requested a statement and never received one, and when I log onto the site and try to use my tools, there is NO DETAIL for me??? This has also been queried with no response, so I cannot even see what is going on on my account.
