Incompetent billing and too quick to give credit

I have been having endless problem with truworths unable to get a simple debit order correct. and when they did put a debit order on my account they did it incorrectly and billed me short every month. this has severely affected my credit rating.

when i contacted them they apologised and said it wont happen again and they will do the next debit correctly and adjust my account and inform the credit bureau to correct this.

They did it in the last 2 months again and this time i told them that i would close this account down if they do not sort the debit order out. i have purchased a substantial amount from them in the last 2 years and regret re-opening my account with them now. I will now have to wait for another 2 years for my credit profile to get adjusted simply because they have incompetent staff that cannot do their jobs effectively.

i closed my account 2 days ago because i did not want to have any negative ratings as a result of their inefficiency and i contacted customer care, to ask them to sort this out and i was not given a reference number but i was told that all calls are recorded. this is my 3rd time i have tried to correct this and each person said they will get back
