My account was debited R3000 more than usual i then proceed to the vodacom website to have a look at what the problem is. I find that the is a R3000 data usage charge on one of my accounts so i go to Itemised billing for this account and what do i find they have disabled the itemised billing for this account and only this account. i can receive all my other itemised billing that i have paid for but not the one with the suspicious charge.

So i phone Vodacom and they say "Oh I will have to log a call with my IT department to see why you cant see the itemised billing on you account".

I accept this and ask in the interim since i have been paying for itemised billing for the last 5 years can you please send just email it to me as i haven't received my bill this month yet.

She then replies OK but you have to send a formal request with a signed letter if you want them to send it to you.

The is absolutely unacceptable my account i R3000 over and the one account where the problem they make it hugely difficult to get the itemised billing. This service i have received is completely unacceptable and i will not be renewing any of my contracts with Vodacom.
