Wrong billing

I have been billed on 2 of my contracts with Vodacom for Data usage close to the amount of R20, 000.00.

The confusing part is that the 1 contract is a blackberry which I was charged BIS hence the browsing on the internet uses the BIS not airtime.

On the 16/03/2012 I received a call from Vodacom to advise that they are blocking my numbers as the account is over the limit, I have been following up since then with no satisfaction.

I was told that the amount is for the Data usage, hence I need to send a written request for the billing report, they keep sending me the itemised billing which doesnt add up to the amount they have charged to my account, I have requested on numerous occassions that I need a billing report for the data usage to check the times and websites that were charged for. STILL NO FEEDBACK REGARDING THIS MATTER.

This is rather pethetic service from Vodacom and I need an urgent response or for someone to invesitgate this matter for me as I have lost my numbers and needed to obtain another number (which now they have allocated to someone else as I had recently called the contract numbers) and the amount keeps accumilating with every bill I receive.
