AUGUST Bill - Incorrectly with R149 R33 R110 = R292.55
SEPTEMBER Bill - Incorrectly with R195.99 R149 R33 = R377.99
OCTOBER Bill - Incorrectly with R160.99 R149 = R309.99,
TOTAL INCORRECT BILL R980.53 And Vodacom wants to credit my account with a ridiculous amount of R348.23, and my account doesn't get sorted out, I took a new contract in July 2013, I cancelled my BIS and additional SMS bundle, on 9/07/2013 i bought R149 airtime online, and called Vodacom, to take the airtime and transfer to data bundle, instead the agent loaded an additional R149 MY GIG to my Contract. I plea that you listen to the recordings. Additional Billings like Content Services gets added to my account, I NEVER AGREED TO THIS, IN FACT WARUP REFUNDED ME, I BLOCKED THIS, BUT YET VODACOM KEEPS BILLING ME. I have been struggling to sort this account of mine out for 2 Months now, what more must be done to get it sorted out?
