2ND TIME MY INTERNET HAS STOPPED AND NO ONE HELPS

I have an uncapped internet line with Telkom, on the 15th November (before the big storm) my internet stopped working, logged a call - went through the whole process of waiting, then they smsed me a week later saying its fixed, got home from work to find that that is a and its not fixed, spent 3.5hours on the phone trying to help me, someone did - we had to reset everything.

Now on Monday 25th November the same thing has happened - no internet working, logged a call, got a reference number ect, no we cannot help you over the phone we will send a techie, but please remember you will be charged if it is not a fault on our side - so the guy tells me.

its Thursday the 28/11 and still no sign of techie or any help!

i feel like an unhappy customer - as i am paying a set amount for uncapped - but yet this month i havent used it for 2 weeks - i feel i should get a pro-rata invoice as i am disgusted by this service.
